Clinical Supervision

During clinical supervision, a curriculum consisting of diagnostic assessment, clinical documentation, evidence based practices and more will be introduced. Various approaches to crisis intervention and psychotherapy will also be reviewed collaboratively. The ethical principles and guidelines of our practice are an essential part of clinical supervision and serve as a foundational component to a solid LPC Associate experience.

Accessibility to your clinical supervisor during non-meeting hours for questions, feedback and case presentation is a priority. LPC Associates in a supervisory agreement with me may communicate questions to me as needed.

Sessions for clinical supervision are conducted once weekly to ensure adherence to state requirements. Sessions are one hour in length and may consist of a weekly check in, case presentation, feedback, educational material and strategies for implementation.

Group supervision sessions are conducted once monthly to promote professional collaboration and to identify various styles to professional counseling.

Sessions may be conducted face to face or remotely using a teleconferencing platform on an as needed basis. Dates for supervision are flexible to meet the needs of participants.
